"Accueil et logement top!"

"Personnel agréable. Propreté de la chambre moyenne. La chambre n'est pas nettoyée tous les jours. Odeurs nauséabondes persistantes et incommodantes surtout la nuit, dans la salle de bain. Sommier grinçant +++ qui vous réveille à chaque mouvement. Système de chauffage très bruyant (soufflerie) très génant pour dormir même réglé à 18°. Petit dejeuner très bien le 1er matin (semaine), viennoiseries de boulangerie, puis des viennoiseries surgelées réchauffées les 2 autres matin suivants (week-end)....

"We only stayed one night but wished it could have been more. Beautiful little stone hotel right in the heart of this beautiful town. We ended up in a huge room with period furniture, huge windows with wooden shutters opening onto the courtyard outside. The lady manager spoke perfect English and was a very interesting person to talk to. 10/10 from us"

"We felt well cared for while spending two nights at La Bonne Auberge with our German Shepard. Emmanuel, the host, had a dog bed, water dish and disposable bags in the room on our arrival. The room was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. The view from the terrace was spectacular, especially at night. Breakfast was lovely, freshly baked breads, house made yogurt and jams, fresh squeezed OJ, local honey, ham and cheeses and fresh fruit. We enjoyed dinner at the Auberge...

"Chateau De Maraval was just the castle experience we wanted from the medieval region from France. We were on a girl's trip and were provided two rooms that were beautifully furnished and stocked up. All the interiors was tastefully done. Outside of the castle is medieval but the rooms were with modern amenities. It was like living the best of two worlds. The property is well maintained. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had an amazing time. We definitely would recommend this for families...

"Loved this hotel. The only real criticism was the restaurant. Very expensive...and really not good at all. Over done dishes. Some tasted awful. Strange food indeed."

"A relatively close walk from the train station (down hill) and only 350mtrs from the medieval centre. Lovely hotel recently refurbished with small fridge and bottled water provided. Breakfast is available for a fee (we didn’t have time). Would definately stay again as a lovely scenic town near the prehistoric cave paintings"

"During the recent heat wave in France we had to find a hotel with air conditioning. We found this hotel on Expedia and it was fantastic! Great AC, staff that provided valuable restaurant advice and a wonderful pool to beat the heat. I highly recommend."
