"I had booked 4 days here with my wife, daughter, son in law and 2 of our grandchildren ages 2 and 3. We had been driving a uhual into town for 16 hours. My wife booked it but did not see the deposit on top of the money we already paid for the booking in advance. She made a mistake because we were all tired. It was cold and rainy that check in and we found out that we could not enter the house. We were refused because of the deposit. We needed 4 days until our house was ready for us. The...
