The room was large and clean. I especially enjoyed how quiet it was given how close it was to downtown. It was also safe. There is a secure entrance for those who have checked in, and the parking area is well-lit.

Hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The air conditioning in the room worked great! It's within 10-20 minute walking distance of the Alamodome and the San Antonio convention center. The price for the quality of the hotel is also very good! The only thing to be aware of is that the area between the hotel and downtown near the train tracks can be a bit sketchy after sundown, so plan accordingly.

Room was super clean and functional. Front desk staff were beyond friendly. We just stayed one night for Paul McCartney at the Alamodome, so this was the perfect option for a quick stay. Really easy walk to the Dome. Parking lot is small but there seemed to be free street parking. But the reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is the location/area was really run down. Lots of police around so never felt unsafe, but would not have wanted to walk further than we did.

Clean, well maintained. Comfy bed and pillows. There is no restaurant or kitchen service that I saw but it is a tiny inn. Staff seems friendly enough. Absolutely no issues. Can walk to the Alamodome. Neighborhood around it seems sketchy but had no issues at all walking at night. If you're up for it can walk to Riverwalk. Don't disregard the little hole in the wall restaurants near the inn.

I loved the room and the property felt so safe knowing the doors were locked at night and access to the property was being monitored. While just outside downtown area, lyfts were readily available to get where we needed for cheap. Anything I needed staff was quick to provide and assist. I will definitely be coming back.
