"It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. "

We had to carry our luggage up to the third floor while using canes. No offer to help from staff. Hotel advertises a spa. There is none. Hallway floors lok like they have not been swepped in months. Even found a sock in a corner of a stairwell. Bathroom room had 3 bottles of hand and body wash, a bottle of hair rinse, but NO shampoo. One of 2 cardboard room keys...

"This Red Lion is conventient and inexensive. I stay there frequently when I'm working in the area. Having said this, there are some minor issues almost every time I stay. This time, the safty latch on the inside of the room door was busted out and completely missing. Also a pair of socks from a previous guest was left on the shelf above the coat hangers. "I travel a lot and this hotel rates highly compared to others I’ve stayed in. The property was clean, and the room itself was spotless and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. According to the staff on site, this amenities fee is for breakfast, the gym, etc. (we did not use any of these services) Expedia advertises the breakfast as free. "Clean room. Toilet needed repair. Breakfast not much to brag about. Front desk staff were helpful."

"Wasn’t told by anyone that pool was out of order until we got there. The TV in the room was messed up and could only get a few channels and young attendant at desk said so he didn’t know how to use the remote, but she did change up the battery for it. another attendant later told us that somehow the channels got scrambled.but he did help us go watch an MLB baseball game since the lobby TV was working. "Let’s start off by saying I’m a trucker and I have extremely low expectations. But this place is an absolute dump. Pillow, shower curtain, and towels all had stains on them. The floors hadn’t been swept in weeks let alone mopped in months. The baseboards looked like they had blood stains on them. The hallway carpets have clearly never been cleaned.
