Our stay was perfect. The hotel is close to main routes into Belleville, IL and St Louis, Mo. it was clean, quiet and close to food and gas. The perfect stop-over for us. We will use this hotel again when we visit friends and family in the area!

The room was nice and clean. The coffee was way to strong. I was out of conditioner in the shower and the way its set up i couldn't even turn the bottle upside down to try get more out. And brushing my long hair was not fun. Please check your bittles in the shower so it won't run out on the guest

Pretty average for a Double Tree. Front desk has fliers that offer cookies at checkin. They didn't offer any cookies or even ask about it. Front desk staff was grumpy and uninviting. Breakfast was pretty bad. Both coffee and juice had some kind of smell. Someone was knocking at my door at around 9:00 AM in the morning. When I opened the door it was a hotel staff. She said nevermind and walked away. A/C was really loud in the room. Overall not a good hotel.

Overall, the property is in excellent condition and we have stayed there many times over the past 15 years. Some of the rooms have items that need an upgrade (badly scratched furniture, refrigerators, etc). The hallways could have been cleaner (linen removal, trash pickup), although the staff did their best to address this. Overall, though, this hotel’s location, layout, amenities, and Porter’s Restaurant make it an excellent choice for the Metro East area.

No microwave which was weird. 1st ever hotel i stayed with no microwave. beverages needed restocked. wasnt much left in hotel lobby store. overall tho would stay again.
