"This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. A 3:30 to 4:30 afternoon coffee hour with fresh fruits and delicious cakes, access to top quality pool (with a water slide), the "summer card" for all kinds of included and discounted activities in the area. Insgesamt nicht serviceorientiert. Die neue Lobby ist schön aber laut. Der Wellnessbereich gehört zum Ramsau Bad, laut und voll. Insgesamt Preis Leistung nicht angemessen, zu teuer und gibt mit 4 Sternen bessere Hotels im Ort "
