Th staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a spacious room that was clean, comfortable and relaxing with access to a balcony. We enjoyed the excellent location as it was close to the downtown shops as well as the gondola lift. Highly recommend this to other travellers!

Sehr schöne Location, zentral, ruhig. Parken inkludiert mit ausreichend Platz. Frühstück reichhaltig, für jeden was dabei würde ich sagen. Service ok, als wir ankamen, war die Rezeption bestimmt 15 Min unbesetzt, sodass wir nicht wussten wohin. Zumindest sollte man ein Schild o.ä. aufstellen. Zimmer sauber, jedoch sehr klein und etwas unpraktisch, insb. das Bad. Für Kurzaufenthalt ok, nächstes Mal würden wir eine Kategorie größer buchen. Dass die Nutzung der Sauna in unserer Kategorie extra gekostet hätte, war auf der Expedia Seite nicht transparent ersichtlich.

Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Schone en ruime kamer met een goed bed. Het was wel erg warm in de kamer en er is geen airco. Vriendelijk personeel en fijn dat je er in de zomer een gratis Schladming-Dachstein kaart bij krijgt voor veel gratis activiteiten in de regio + OV.
