"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now once in the cheapest room and now once in a Queen deluxe room for a quick one night travel stay it’s absolutely perfect clean beds, clean towels, no bugs or hair can’t complain about anything honestly don’t expect the Ritz when going somewhere with this price point. Will come back any time I’m out that way "

"The room we had was a handicapped accessible room, and the shower floor was so slippery that I ended up falling and pulling down the shower curtain and rod. It was also a step in shower, which I thought was weird for a handicap room. The room was very clean and nice, but to have an extremely ship slippery shower I thought was not attentive to guest safety."

"Barely any services. For coffee and breakfast uou need to go to the food court of the casino. The pool has been not in function since the hotel opened. The terraces and vommin seating areas you cannot even get a glass of water or a coffee. I booked a room to attend my Sons graduation with my famiky over 6 minths ago, i have stayed at the hotel ever since it opened viaiting my aon at university and the weekend that matter when I am here with my wise tjey put me in a terrible “wall facing” room and when i asked to swap the check in ladies had no autjority to help and the “duty supervisor” asked me to upgrade for 100$ i norder to get a slighly brighter room. Amazing cuayomers skills!! Will never be back and reccomend not trying it. Place is made for the gambling crowd that dont want any service"

"The room and bathroom were clean. The frig froze any veggies/fruits I put in there. The pool was not heated to a comfortable degree/cold. I asked the cleaning people to give me some more styrofoam cups, and plastic drinking cups. It would have been nice to have some plastic silverware, and some paper bowl.small plates. Thank you"

"We booked our room for space & price point as well as being very close to Rte. 78 by Allentown, PA. We were VERY happy when we checked in. Room was spacious & comfortable. Pillows were so fluffy. Husband got a great night's sleep with them. Staff gave us additional coffee pods for the Keurig in our room which did not require him to keep going down to the lobby for coffee as hubby drinks coffee 24/7. While pool is only 3 - 4 ft deep, it was useful for doing laps. I was only person using it on Wed. morn & had a relaxing time. Breakfast was acceptable & the waffles were delicious. We stayed on a Tues. and Wed. night. There were no eggs at breakfast. Perhaps they are only served on weekends so I chose strawberry yogurt as my protein at breakfast. Places nearby for meals from diner to fast food. I was fascinated with the many murals on the outside walls and took pictures which I posted on my fb page. The hotel has named the floors using historical trivia about the area & posts that information on it near the elevator. We stayed on the Trout Hall floor, top floor of the building. Trout Hall is earliest home in Allentown built by third son of William Penn. Each room has a name plate outside the door with the number as well as a unique photo. Ours (504) had an image of an original air tire meter. That was quite interesting. Unfortunately, we saw the horse shoe pit too late to use it. You must ask for the horse shoes at the desk. Will ask for same room when staying in area again."
