I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Very clean room & main areas, breakfast was good, the Christmas decorations were stupendous, the staff were amazing and were all friendly. They go above and beyond; the vibe is just overall wonderful! I would stay here again.

The sales manager I met with raved about the breakfast buffet being one of the best in Lehigh Valley. It fell very short of my expectations. Eggs were not real and were watery. The orange juice machine was empty, as well as the coffee carafe. The sausages were burnt and dry... I would not recommend my senior executives to stay here.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Lakeema Reed at the front desk is a perfect fit, she is charming, engaging and she has a lovely sense of humor. Every staff member we ran into was friendly made eye contact and appeared to be genuinely happy they were there. That shows great leadership is a core value. Great breakfast staff as well.
