If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property at least 24 hours in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and an access code. The host will greet guests on arrival.” It still works well and so far you are the first one assume that our villa is under Resort Management . The villa rate under resort management is much higher than our rate for your information for your information. Moreover , All information about villa has been provided details in description. And we also reconfirmed again all information before guest checked in to villa. As you can see, our team always working with high responsibility and good attitude. About car service, we are public the car fee for guest's consideration and comparison. And we even told you that taxi/ grab are cheaper. You can find lower price everywhere.
