Great location. Beautiful hotel. Nice pool. Breakfast is extensive and the are helpful with food allergies. I wish they could accommodate at least a 1 hour later checkout without having a 1/3 night charge policy, especially for vip members.

Great service and amenities. The buffet was also really good, renewed every morning with a lot of options. The rooftop pool offers a great view on the area. The only "issue" is the fact that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything even from the 20th floor. Grab some earplugs and it's perfect!

The space in the apartment on the 20th floor was great. The beds were comfortable. The toilets were great (similar to Japan).Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a dining room/living room and small kitchen but absolutely no plates or silverware or pots or pans to use the equipment. The breakfast buffet was yummy and had many options for everyone. The staff was very friendly.

On arrival the hotel looks great, but it's just a facade. Inside the rooms no hanging space, showers leak. Staff not helpful at all Would not stay her again

The sinks were backed up, noise from staff started at 0600 When I tried to check out the front desk lady accused me of drinking one beer and after explaining to her that I don’t drink, she became extremely rude and demanded I pay for the .60 cent beer before checking out . Very cheap charlie after spending one week, tipping the staff and paying for my wife’s spa treatments. Upon our return this summer, we will find a much better place to stay

The property was conveniently located across the street from the beach and very close to many restaurants. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. We paid for a sea view and enjoyed our room; the music blasting from the beach bar down the street, however, was not so great. I’m sure we could have switched to a room not facing the beach and the music wouldn’t have been as loud but we wanted the sea view. Just a warning for those who prefer to turn in early.

Check-in was easy, hotel is just off the beach, walking distance. Common areas like restaurant, pool and bar are nice, clean and modern. Definitely recommend.

Great location. Right in the beach. About 10-15 min from the airport. 1 hour from hoi a market and 1.5 hours from ba na hills. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

It is located across the beach and very easy access to most beaches entrances. Hotel staff are very polite and friendly. Breakfast is very good and highly recommended since most restaurants do not open early around the area.You can find some small restaurants around the areas but most activities are 20 minutes away.

Best sleep I’ve had in Vietnam, very comfortable and clean, with great view of the ocean across the busy road. Sky bar had good burgers, staff very friendly and efficient. Booked transfer for me which was cheaper. Recommend Lounge Beach restaurant across the road.

Wonderful Hotel
Absolutely loved this hotel on every aspect. Pool area was great with wonderful views of the ocean. Room also lovely overlooking the ocean. Breakfast and location were really good. Staff were very helpful and friendly.Stayed 6 nights and am returning for another 5 nights to finish off my holiday.

Wonderful Stay
My family had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The room is clean, service staff are polite and helpful, and more importantly, it is just across the beach. Buffet spread is also good. Highly recommended.

The rooftop swimming pool was very nice, especially at night. The breakfast selection was very good. Very close to the beach and reasonably close to Dragon Bridge, Carp statue and night market.

位置方便，餐廳，按摩店，酒吧都步行可以到，自助早餐每天都會做一些微調，環境房間空間設計都很滿意，櫃檯人員服務態度不一，有的很友善熱情，有的擺臭臉，房務打掃人員訓練不是很完善，第一天把室友沒有用的東西丟掉，第二天我們申請的電卡也收走，當天回來櫃檯詢問事情服務人員也沒說我們的卡被收走，回到房間後發現，我們又特別跑了櫃檯一趟，在處理事情的細心部份，要再加強

It is very good place that stay near My Khe Beach ,around the hotel got a lot of massage and hair spa .Hotel breakfast also very delicious.I will go there again in next trip .
