The ideal hotel for Hoi An

We had a great stay. This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant). The bicycles, complimentary, could be better maintained, but it is really a minor consideration.

Fantastic stay

The best service I've experienced in my 42 years of travelling. The hotel is clean and cosy. The morning buffet was delicious. Easy to borrow bikes. I can warmly recommend the hotel and will hope to get the chance to return.

The shuttle bus into town or the beach was very useful. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and breakfast was plenty full. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. I loved the swinging lounges by the pool and used the pool on a daily basis. Thank you and we will return.

All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. I hurt my foot earlier in the week and the ladies at the front desk (especially Jasmine) went above and beyond to get crutches delivered to me and to make sure I was cared for at all times… so sweet! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the best hotel from our Vietnam trip. Wonderful staff, lovely hotel and good location. We enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfast (particularly the vietnamese iced coffee) and also the spa. Spa massages and facials are excellent and very good prices. We used the free shuttle to go to the beach and into town. Silvia, Flora ans Ken were very helpful and always welcomed us with a big smile. Highly recommended.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The staff at this hotel couldn’t have done more! The room was beautiful. Beds comfy. Pool Devine! Had a massage at the Spa and it was the best I’ve ever had. Oh and do t get me started on the breakfast. Wow!! There’s a shuttle from the hotel to downtown and the beach leaving often throughout the day. Highly recommend this hotel

Absolutely loved our stay. Not sure what star rating the hotel is but the service was what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has clearly tried their best to make guests feel comfortable. Shuttle buses, designated beach umbrella and chairs and great breakfast. I’ve read other reviews about shuttle buses being too full but we never experienced it. A special mention regarding the wonderful service we received from Flora, Snow and Win and other staff (including cleaning staff) from 30 Nov to 3 Dec who I didn’t get the names of. Highly recommend.

This is a 5 star property or so they say but it had definitely seen better days. Shower was over bathtub and water spray was really poor. The view outside the property made it feel as though they had picked up the property and placed it in a run down area...so many dogs running around and pooing...What makes this place amazing is the staff including cleaning staff. The free transportation to the beach and to the old town was really good as were the free bicycles. Area to the side of the hotel away from it was lovely, some really nice restaurants with some absolutely lovely staff. This is a lovely hotel, slightly rundown and the wifi isn't brilliant but the hotel itself and staff are which is all you want really. Very family friendly.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Not only is this a beautiful place, but the service is absolutely impeccable! Big shoutout the Kein who made our stay magical. He always went out to make sure we were looked out for. It was also my birthday, and the staff left a birthday surprise for me in my room! The buffet breakfast is beautiful with a wide range of options. Had a massage at the spa that left me feeling so relaxed and also swam in the beautiful pool everyday! The hotel also has a shuttle to Hoi An Ancient Town and the beach that you can reserve for free which is so convenient. When you go to A Bang beach with the shuttle, you are taken to a Dolphin Beach Club where you have a private space with a lounge chair, towels and a shower. We spent our whole day there at the beautiful beach. THANK YOU Sincerity Hotel for making our stay so amazing! We will be back very soon!!
