"Don’t understand the negative Google reviews. Impossible to find any of those problems. Hotel was bright and clean and up-to-date. Pool was excellent, cool and refreshing. Water was being filtered and recirculated while I was here. Unlike my last Hotel. Complementary breakfast was very good. Chef made great omelette. Best mattress I’ve been on all vacation. Front desk, staff and service was beyond excellent. There are a few places out front on the main drag where you can get a good meal and some cold beers. From now on, this hotel will be my “go to” when I arrive in Da Nang."

"Our stay at TMS Hotel in Da Nang was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Their friendliness and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. We stayed for 11 nights, and throughout our entire visit the team went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They were always cheerful, attentive, and incredibly helpful. By the end of our stay, we no longer felt like guests — we felt like part of the family. We are especially grateful to the staff who took the time to teach us a little about Vietnamese culture and even some of the language. Those small moments meant so much to us and made our experience even more special. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, with so many delicious options to enjoy. We also loved the spa — it was relaxing, professional, and a wonderful way to unwind during our stay. This visit is something we will remember forever, and we owe so much of that to the wonderful people at TMS Hotel. Thank you for making our time in Da Nang feel like home. We are already looking forward to our next visit — hopefully very soon."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brilliant Hotel. The hotel itself was very nice, had all the amenities, great room, great beds (we like a firm bed), large lobby area. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of Asian and Western dishes. The best part of the hotel was the staff who went out of their way to accommodate us, helping with bookings and arranging some travel. Every one of them made us feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend the Brilliant Hotel."
