"If the hotel owner is reading this review, I strongly recommend replacing the receptionist who was on duty on July 8, 2026, at around 7:00 PM during check-in. I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of solving the issue, she insisted that the mistake was mine and claimed that a partial sea view was never included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation. "It was our second time at Maistra Funtana. And we have already booked for next year, again. A very well organized and very good managed hotel. It should deserve at least 4*. Tasty food, clean and recently renovated rooms, a lovely pool kids pool and a nice beach with a lot of included sports offerings.
