We chose this hotel for the proximity to the airport. It is good for what it is. It is a 1 star but I’d actually say 2 stars. We normally stay in 4-5 star hotels. It was fine for a quick night and easy access to the airport

As a solo female traveler in Peru, I booked this because the pictures looked decent. Booked for three nights. Got there and spent just a few hours before leaving. Was not in an area I felt comfortable in at all. The door and walls of the room were very thin. It was very dark in the hallways. The door wouldn’t even lock properly. Ended up booking elsewhere and Expedia/the hotel refused to refund me for the nights I didn’t even stay here. Would not recommend booking through Expedia again

Really friendly owners. They were super nice. Money for room was worth it. We had the bigger room with jacuzzi. Only complaint is the shower head was in the jacuzzi. Needs minor updating, some chips around the jacuzzi. Open plumbing under the sink. Windows behind sink opened to stairwell that looked down to front desk area. My biggest issue was there was no heater and the room was cold. Super clean and ladies were always cleaning. Halls smelled of cleaning supplies in a good way. Its a 15 min drive to plaza de armas. The hotel area is VERY busy with traffic. Perk was being close to airport for departure if thats what you are looking for. No nearby places for food if you want options. If this hotel was down in the plaza i would stay here again.

LA LIMPIEZA MAL, NO SALIA AGUA CALIENTE EN TODO MOMENTO, NO SERVIA LA CALEFACCION, NO HAY ELEVADOR Y SON 5 PISOS, ESTAN CONSTRUYENDO ADENTRO DEL HOTEL Y DESDE TEMPRANO ESTAN CON MUCHOS RUIDOS DE CONSTRUCCION, NO TUVIMOS ACCESO A NINUN DESAYUNO YA QUE NOS DECIAN UN HOTRARIO Y YA NO HABIA, Y LLEGANDO NOS DIJERON QUE NO ESTABA DISPONIBLE LA HABITACION QUE CONTRATAMOS Y NOS PUSIERON EN OTRA Y NOS COMENTARON SE REEMBOLSARIA Y AL FINAL NO QUISIERON REEMBOLSAR NADA.

We thoroughly enjoyed the one night we spent on property. The room was immaculate, so pretty and updated. We had a jacuzzi suite. There was really only enough hot water to fill it, then that’s it. Very typical for the country/area. They were sure to provide extra blankets in the room already, as it does get chilly in Cuzco at night. They provided towels and robes, with little tea candles lit by the tub. In the morning, they brought us breakfast to our room, which was such a nice touch. Be aware they are currently installing an elevator. The desk staff (owner?) was quick to help us up and down the stairs with our suitcase. They also aided in getting us a taxi to the city as well as the airport Also- they kept our bags during the day after check out, free of charge. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. 10/10 recommend.

Decue

After reading this hotels good reviews I thought it was worth a try, even though it says "one star hotel". It was terrible. Stay away. Made me wonder if all the reviews where fake, because we experienced the opposite of what they were saying. The room was dirty, I dont think they cleand it at all. And there were a lot of noise. The walls are so thin, you can hear everyone in the building. The hot water isnt really hot, so there was no need for the bathtub. The staff was friendly, but they did not speak english. When we complained about the room, they cleaned it a little bit, but as long as the bed sheets where changed we were happy, because we were only staying one night, and we were so tired after a week of hiking.
