"We couldn't have asked for a better location, a cleaner room, or better staff! Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the food and drinks in the restaurant at night! Just an overall great experience for our first trip to the lovely Scotland!"

"Overall the stay was great. The bed was a little hard, but that's a personal preference. Had an issue with the refrigerator and tried to call to front desk for help, but no answer. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for help. The front desk person didn't seem too concerned even after I told her that I had leftovers that I didn't want to spoil. We had two people to come up and fix the refrigerator shortly after. They were helpful and kind, they offered to take my food downstairs to the refrigerator. I very much appreciated that."

"Lovely hotel with great facilities, excellent breakfast and good location. Significant downside was the lack of cool air conditioning. The ventilation system could heat but not cool. It was not possible to get the room temperature below 24 degrees C which made for uncomfortable sleeping - even when the outside temperature in Dundee was no more than 15 degrees C."
