"The hotel was great"

"Sauna should have a higher temperature . Breakfast should have fruits as an option "

"Loved this hotel. We stayed in one of the self catering lodges which was great. Lodge was spacious and had everythigg no we needed travelling with young children. We used the hotel swimming pool and explored the grounds. Great location, easy to park and charge EV and in an excellent location for what we wanted. Staff helped with any query we had. The only thing I’d love to see was a few more condements in the lodge, what would be available if we stayed in the hotel. Will definitely stay again"

"Good staff , food good , but no hot water in the sink or bath to wash in the morning it was stone cold. I told the manager who was very apologetic and said he would get it looked at."

"We had such a wonderful stay here! My kids absolutely loved the heated pool! it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and kept them entertained for hours. The whole place is truly amazing, with a great atmosphere that made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us some of the best sleep we’ve had while traveling. "Staff in the restaurant/spa bar/spa were really helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool was great. Sadly we didn't get to use the outdoor pool as it rained but it did look very nice. View from our room was lovely too. We booked breakfast on one day but found it too much after dinner the previous night. We ate at taste of Cornwall one night. The food was very good but the room was very dark and the music stopped a couple of times and nobody around to turn it back on, so lacked a nice ambience."

"Room was beautifully decorated sofa was so comfy . Amazing attentive staff so helpull and informative. Especially the lady on reception in the swimming pool . Food was excellent. We had a wonderful stay thank you 😊 "
