"Nice room but check-in was confusing. This is a restaurant/bar with a few hotel rooms - signage to check in goes to an eating area, nobody around until a bartender in the other room alerted someone. Otherwise it was a good stay!"

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. "definitely need elevator and an easy access through back door"

"Clean spacious room, close to city. Would definitely stay again"

"Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Great location for an overnight stay in this part of Sydney. Easy to get to the Airport."
