"Easy parking in beautiful surroundings. The grounds are very secenic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was warm and fresh. We stayed in a family suite, was modern and well equipt. Bed were a tad uncomfortable though."

Dinner was great as was breakfast next morning. Staff all friendly, welcoming and helpful. Easy parking either in dedicated patron’s car park or on street. Great location for exploring the area and Castle Douglas itself is a nice town with lots of independent businesses and plenty cafes, delis...
