"Great little locally owned place. The food was good. The pub was great. Friendly locals gathered as well as fellow travelers. Had a great time and really enjoyed staying at the hotel so much, we decided to stay another night. The staff was also very accommodating where they could be, although we did have a few issues. We had some trouble with no heat in our room the first night. The staff was quick to respond to turn it on that evening; however, it didn't get/stay on, so it never warmed up, and...

"We had a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the views were lovely from living room and the 2 double rooms. The twin faced a different direction but it was still very comfortable. It was great to have our own kitchen and the little balcony accessed through the 2 main bedrooms. "Great location and great on site car park, rooms were spot on with tea/coffee facilities, easy smooth check in with great friendly staff, highly recommended place to stay, 5 mins down hill walk to beach front."

"Beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast included. But we had an issue with the air conditioning. Don't think it was working at all which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. After the first night we told a young man about the problem and was assured it would be fixed. But it was not."

"Overall stay was good. Room was very clean and the staff were friendly. No early checkin was available, so I had to wait nearly 3 hours to get my room. Parking is terrible for this place. Basically, a dirt parking lot. Very difficult to find a spot. Also, paid about $30 dollars for the fish and chips. TERRIBLE. Peas were nearly cold and poor quality fish. Would not eat there again but I would stay there for location and cleanliness."

"The hotel is older and could use updating. Landscaping appears to be overgrown in some areas. Outside our window was an old grocery cart and a piece of fencing. Not sure why it was there. Parking was limited and there was no air conditioning. Showers were very small."
