"Excellent stay and staff very helpful."

"Staff was the BEST part of our stay! Attentive & went above & beyond. We had an early flight and they still accommodated breakfast to go for us. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. Parking however can be limited and you may have to park on the street. However you can pull up to the main entrance to drop your luggage with the staff so you do not have to make the (very) short walk if you have to street park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The room was clean, the bed is quite comfortable. The location is alright. The entry to the hotel could be a struggle for new guests at the hotel. I found it difficult to locate the entrance. A guide to the assigned entrance( which is entrance 2) for entry to the hotel would be ideal."

"The area is beatiful and secluded, nice for a walk, and large green to relax and for kids to play. Nice reception area with seating to relax as well. Staff very polite and accomodating. A big thank you to Victor who went the extra mile to make our stay even better. Had a wonderful massage at the spa, kids loved the pool. Would be nicer to have more seating outside to enjoy the grounds. A great stay , no regrets."

"The staff are amazing all friendly, cheery and helpful. The hotel has a nice homely feel to it, with a mix of modern and traditional styles. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are clean and spacious. As for the food it is delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return."

"So close to the airport that we didn’t need a taxi, which was why we chose it. We walked to it from the car rental return (of note, there’s also a Holiday Inn Express near by and we accidentally started heading in that direction). When dropping off our luggage, additional signs would be helpful as the entrance to the hotel was close to the airport parking and was confusing. Didn’t notice any noise from the airport during the hours that we were there. King bed had an uncomfortable seam but was ok...

"Buona struttura,classico premier inn,la camera e bagno erano puliti , colazione standard al bar di fianco la reception..un po' scomodo il parcheggio, bisogna andare al garage di fianco a pagamento,loro ti danno un voucher con lo sconto però per farlo in line, quindi procedura un po' lunga,in uscita nn leggeva il QR code, quindi un po' di sbattimento c'è stato.. rapporto qualità prezzo soddisfacente"

"OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! "

"Excellent stay. Building well furnished outside and in, room likewise and modern. All staff provided really good service throughout the hotel. Good breakfast. Nice restaurant/bar area - plenty of choice at the bar. Would definitely stay here again."
