"We had an amazing time. The hotel is lovely, every piece of decor & furniture is luxurious. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful.
We were booked in for B&B and breakfast was wonderful.
When we arrived Liam checked us in & explained the town was experiencing power cuts & lifts weren’t working. As I have mobility issues they couldn’t give us our intended room instead we were given Room 2 Olive Mews and I can only describe it as heavenly, with it’s own spa.
I booked a massage and it was great too.
We are home now after being pampered & spoiled. I think we have found our new No.1 favourite hotel. Thank you"

Plates were cold so after a few minutes so was the food
On arrival at breakfast on 1st day we were told you know the drill maybe he mistook us for someone else
No lake view in breakfast room as they have erected a fence which cuts off the view but other than that was ok
Hotel is undergoing refurbishment "
