"Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing staff that were extremely friendly and attentive. Hotel Arbaso is conveniently situated 10 minutes (walk) from Old Towne. The cathedral views from the Premium Room in particular were amazing. The decor and amenities in the room (bidet, his and hers sink, Marshall bluetooth speaker) were very well thought out. I especially loved the shower. 10/10 will stay again next time I'm in San Sebastian. "

"Perfect in everyway. Location right on the edge of the old town,facilities of free mini bar and readily available tea,coffee and hot chocolate from a drinks station was a nice touch. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. No keys just a code to gain access was a breathe of fresh air. Finally, when rained they provided umbrellas to venture out with. Would I book this place again? Absolutely YES. "

"Super helpful and nice team. Room was small but cozy. The hotel is tucked in the back left corner of old town, right under the steps that go up to the castle. Glad we chose this location. Front Desk helped us find great restaurants"
