"My stay at Hotel Drisco was wonderful! Extremely helpful and courteous staff, impeccable rooms with every amenity, and a lovely breakfast and evening wine/cocktail hour. Located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood, but still walking distance to dining, shopping, site seeing, etc. Hotel Drisco exceeds many of the 5-star sites in San Francisco and parallels 5-star European stays. Impressive!"

"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"Lovely old hotel super convenient to get to places. We truly enjoyed the conversation with the front desk gentleman who was so helpful. For the value of the hotel, it's great and feels super safe. We would flag though this is an older hotel on a main road. The windows (at least the one we stayed at) are single pane, which means there's a lot of street noise that can easily wake you up."

"The Star Motel was a perfect choice for our trip to San Francisco. It was clean, cute, conveniently located for public transportation and for walking to big name locations. Having a free parking spot with our stay was also a life saver! The only negatives I would say is they did not have water in the lobby or ice machine room to fill up water bottles, though they did have a fabulous coffee maker! "The hotel room was fantastic. Easy to use AC and spacious room. Little noisy first night from the neighbors bumping around but with the AC running and my own fan, didn't hear anything. Loved the cafe near the lobby. The fireplace was awesome, especially early mornings waiting for the uber driver."

"I stayed during the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon and the location was perfect. Trek bike shop near by, food not far away and close to race start. The staff were great, rooms were big and bus stop out the front. It really was the best spot for this race. The bath was good post race as well. Overall highly recommend!"

"Centrally located. Nice to have free parking in the city. I liked that we were given new towels everyday. Also, full shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion in the room. Coffee in the room replenished everyday. But the rooms and the lobby did not look like the pictures. The rooms were dark, and the carpet old.
