Except from the Beauty of the site, le chateau and the Parc we had a very disappointing experience, considering the price : No Help with our luggage upon check in. Very limited 'Snacking Menu' for lunch and dinner (since the gastro was fully booked). At breakfast,25 minutes wait for 2 poached eggs and gluten free bread although I had mentioned it on numerous occasions. The breakfast buffet was covered with flies.
