"The hotel is located on the crater of Crater Lake. The view is breathtaking, there is hiking around with amazing views. The service is excellent, the food is good but the best is the view. I hope I will be back and spend several days there. "

"Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again."
"Overall this was a nice hotel.
The issue I experienced finding my wallet missing money immediately after a staff member cleaned our room.
When escalating the incident with the hotel staff, they sided with their staff member and the story they told us was not believable.

"Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state.
Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty

I tried to contact Expedia but in vain.. Weak support service.. No email to contact Expedia at. The stupid messenger is just automated templates that were not of any help at all.
Calling call center Internationally is extremely expensive.
Basically, I was ripped off and totally ignored by Expedia.
I had to search for another hotel. Money is gone... Hotel is a bunch of theifs...
