On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again."

"Nothing!! Schmutzig, Schimmelig, Matratzen durchgelegen ( fühlte mich wie eine Banane ). Das 1. Zimmer zur Straße. Laut ohne ende. Statt einer Badezimmer Tür nur ein schmutziges Duschtuch. Das 2. Zimmer am anderen Ende. Schimmel im Zimmer Dusche voll schimmelig. Pflegeprodukte bestand aus einem winzigen Stück Seife. Das Essen nur halb fertig gegart und nicht alles von der Karte zu haben. Nach einer Nacht haben wir den Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Fotos vorhanden von den Mängeln. Ich hätte gern mein...

"Beaucoup de bruit dans la nuit car à côté de l'autoroute et du générateur d’énergie, rupture de l'eau, internet ne marche pas bien. Lots of noisy during the night because close to the railway and the generator of energy, water shortage and internet does not work properly."

"The hotel denied that I had booking even I showed them the email from Expedia!! They said we don't deal with Expedia!!! I tried to contact Expedia but in vain.. Weak support service.. No email to contact Expedia at. The stupid messenger is just automated templates that were not of any help at all. Calling call center Internationally is extremely expensive. Basically, I was ripped off and totally ignored by Expedia. I had to search for another hotel. Money is gone... Hotel is a bunch of theifs...

"It is quite an good option for business travel and for visiting areas located on south lake road. Still with Taxi or car Naivasha town is reachable in relatively short time. The are is quiet at night. Nice big rooms, very polite and helpful staff. What I miss to make it perfect for business is a good equipped gym and a onsite Spa service (Sauna and massages) attending in late hours. allowing to relax after long work-days. In terms of food, I would suggest, make a lesser menu, During my stay it happened frequently, that items of menu are not available. That is annoying. If you can not make sure to provide something always, just do not have it on the menu at all. I would suggest, choose few, but very good and very tasty options as entrance, main and deserts, instead of hundreds of items, but procure to have it always available and in the best quality probably possible."
