"Das ganze Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben am abend um Hotel gegessen, es gibt eibe kleine Speisekarte mit überwiegend Pizza. Die waren frisch und gut. Due Parkplätze direkt im Hotel sind meines erachtens zu teuer, da es in der Umgebung viele Parkplätze gibt. "

The only problem we had is nobody answered the phone when I tried to call ahead of time to ask about parking and check in. I tried several times in the days leading up to our stay. The email that they sent only gave —-@—- as the contact email, so that was of no use. "

"Das Hotel ist über die Autobahn einfach zu erreichen und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des TU Campus. Dennoch ist die direkte Umgebung ehr ländlich. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und bieten einen angenehmen Komfort. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. "
"Super praktisch und quasi voll automatisch. Sehr bequeme Betten saubere ruhige Zimmer. Super auswahl an den Snackautomaten. Etwas kleiner TV auf dem Zimmer, beim Frühstück gerne mal das Rührei nachfüllen ;-) Wir kommen noch häufiger wieder wenn Veranstaltungen in der Stadt sind."
"Travelled to attend a gig at the Veltins Arena and on arrival we were greeted by wonderful staff with great conversation and hospitality. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and also a perfect location for attending the arena. 100% recommend! "
"Keurig hotel, nette en schone familiekamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij verbleven met een gezin met 2 pubers. Ontbijtbuffet was prima en ruim van keuze. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en parkeren is gratis op het terrein van het hotel. EV Laadvoorzieningen zijn ook aanwezig. Let wel op dat de laadkosten zowel per Kwh als per minuut (aangesloten) doorlopen ! Hierdoor kreeg ik zelf een behoorlijk hoge afrekening. Dus zodra de auto is opgeladen gelijk uit de lader halen !"
