"This is a fantastic place to stay as close to everything and the only thing is you do hear a lot of street noise so bring a fan to drown it out! I would stay here again!"

"One of these self serve hotels with little explanation of key operations. Like elevators. Check out was a nightmare. Breakfast was good but no one wanted to clean up the water hazard in the dining room. Bed was torture to sleep on. Room lighting system impossible to operate and there were no instructions. So called welcome drink was just water sugar and ice. Give this a miss. It is close to cruise terminal"

"Didn’t like there pool hours, they close the pool too early. The rooms are extremely small and and some of there staff is very rude"

"It is a nice property with many stores and restaurants in walking distance. The pool is great and the staff is very attentive."

"Was told when I booked the concierge told me they had available wheel transportation from the hotel to the cruise ship ports . This was not true and took us 2 hours to find our own . Would book with embassy suites next time . They have handicap accessible transportation."
