"The hotel was overall good but it was not clear that it’s currently under renovation and a lot of the amenities listed on the website were unavailable. They also did not have working elevators. "

"Slept the first night and woke up realizing the sheets were stained and filthy. Absolutely disgusting only slept there 1 night during my 3 day booking. The rooms lighting makes its hard to see but once i noticed one spot, i saw the entire sheet was covered in stains. Very uncomfortable bed as well."

"Staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly. The hotel was well maintained, rooms felt fresh and clean, with a kitchenette style set up including all the things you need down to paper towels and free Starbucks coffee. Bottled water is offered to guests daily, breakfast is a full spread of the essentials (enough to get your day going and get you to lunch). Free bicycles were available to use for all guests, beach chairs and umbrellas, a roof top pool and champagne hour meet and greet for guests. The hotel is perfectly located on Ocean Drive, next to the beach, and at the end of the strip, offering easy access to everything. CVS and Walgreens are next door for anything you need. I travelled with my dog and the hotel was perfect for her needs as well. we look forward to our next stay at The Bentley Hotel."

"I booked the East hotel through Hotels.com. I cancelled my stay because a colleague got bed bugs from staying there for work. I was charged for my room and a still fighting to get my money back. It so frustrating to be out 9?34 $1000 but I will continue to fight. "

"The Hyatt was a very nice and clean hotel. The food in the restaurant is very good but a little pricey. The staff is friendly. I will recommend this place to my family and friends."

"Very welcoming and responsive staff. The hotel is just steps away from restaurants and ocean drive, the beach. The room was comfortable and the balcony was great to have. The pool area is nice as well."

"Everything was good, the only things I would suggest would be to upgrade the bathrooms a little bit and to have the resort have a night life. Example- silent party with headphones, comedy night , sip and chat things that won’t be too disturbing to other that don’t like noise. It will give the guest that don’t like to leave the resort something to look forward to on certain nights or rainy nights."
