"The staff was very attentive but the room was odd. The door to the shower was clear glass so you could fully see the person showering from anywhere in the room. We had to use the futon sheet to block the view. The safe was beyond broken (parts were removed). The location was 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to restaurants and stores, "

"I booked this for my boyfriend’s birthday, and after traveling the entire day, we got there to be told the property manager had no record of our confirmed reservation, and said hotels.com had not sent payment and had no solution and no place for us to stay. I tried to reach hotels.com, and was continually put in a queue, waiting for an actual agent who I spent three hours of my boyfriend‘s vacation night communicating with, with no actual solution and nowhere to stay so we spent our night driving around, looking for somewhere to stay. Unacceptable terrible experience."
