"Hate to write this review as this is probably the first negative review I’ve written about a hotel. The property itself was fine, waterpark was nice for the kids but we had other issues. The lock on our door was broken…absolutely a safety issue. The front staff came to my room and tried telling me it wasnt broken…clearly a lie. They would not fix it immediately and refused to move us to a new room. Absolutely a safety concern and this was not taken seriously. Second concern is over the...

"The room and bathroom were clean. Pool & jacuzzi were out of order again. The air conditioning unit was beyond loud with a whilst throughout the entire night. We barely slept. Breakfast was just nothing special."

"Our room was 80 degrees. We couldn't figure out the thermostat and two different staff took over a half hour to figure it out while my wife was in bed exhausted from travelling. Also one reason we chose to stay here was the restaurant (Numa) but it was closed which was not clear in the booking information. Not open Monday or Tuesday."

"Everything about this hotel was great. Staff was very accommodating. I got a nice quiet room, clean spacious. They have a café and two restaurants. Pool and hot tub. An amazing 10 out of 10 gym that I was very impressed by. In fact, it’s an athletic club that I think is open to members in the community. That’s OK. It was big spacious.
