Clean and comfortable. We did not upgrade this year to 9th floor and stayed on the 8th floor. Loved it! Had an issue with our AC but they fixed it the 1st day.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive
The facilities were located right in the jungle. It’s great because you get to surrounded by animals (monkey, coatis, iguanas, and macaws) and nature. There were a couple of Mayan archaeological sites as well. Beach is nice and safe for the kids.
