"Our stay was disappointing. Room had a very strong cigarette smell even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. Cleaning staff do not fully clean the room or bathroom. There are areas of the floor that haven’t seen a broom or mop in ages. And on top of all of that, hotel has no elevator so that was an unpleasant surprise. What I did like was the bed. It was really comfortable. And the breakfast was great. "

"Coffe maker was tray and was used and had mold growing on coffee maker Room 115. No towels in Room, had to check towels out and RETURN TO FRONT DESK or get charged. NEVER AGAIN "

"The room was filthy! Hair in the bed. The desk had something of i dont know what sticky mess (dont want to know). The pillows smelled like cigarettes and it was suppose to be a non smoking room. Run run away dont look back."
