"Hotel needs a major renovations pool area and spa needs to be redone completely needs to have Jacuzzi outside built into the ground. Spa area is very very little and very very hot rooms are not as comfortable as you would want them to be for a five star hotel."

"Last year I got food poisoning which cost me a days skiing and a very uncomfortable night with bouts of vomiting. Thinking it would be a one off we booked again due mainly to the fantastic location. This year we were two couples and all four of us got sick to varying degrees with three of us unable to ski for a day. "Ski slopes very easy to acces. Room is excellent. Hotel is dated and obviously owner has not invested in years. Overpriced for what is offered yet location is excellent. "

"The location of the hotel, right in the middle of Meribel, is very convenient, not only for skiers but also for folks who want to walk around the village at night and enjoy the various restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the TV access to Netflix that was not resolved but staff seemed to be trying. Pleasant dining room as well as the bar. "
