"Convenience and near tourist attractions"

"We had one of the very large family size glamping structures. Had a private outhouse and then there are a few real/flushing toilets and showers by the main checkin building. Our structure was very large w 2 queens and pull out sofa. And a full size table inside (but you’re not supposed to eat inside so you don’t attract animals. "Lovely pet friendly little cabins! These are basic units that date back to the 1960’s. Each has a kitchenette & bathroom. Staff were very helpful! Fire pits available when fires are permitted, which is a nice touch."

"Nice big room but our upgraded room was located across from the cleaning headquarters and main road which was loud. Location away from downtown but still had options within walking distance. Good amenities."

"The amenities were excellent - the cold plunge, sauna and hot tubs were great after hiking all day! Well-situated, easy to park, easy to walk downtown, and the breakfast was lovely. Only downside was our room looked straight into the adjacent hotel’s parking garage, so constant light, and not great for opening the windows. Also, given the view, the room could’ve benefited from overhead lights on a switch. The bathroom was very cramped with the door, but the amenities were otherwise great!"

"Good rooms for the location and price. The only major downside (if it could be called that) was that the in-room air conditioning was very loud and would make noise even when powered off. It wasn't cold enough to need it so we unplugged it for our stay of 3 nights. Staff is excellent and friendly, and check-in + checkout was smooth and was without issues. Great hotel!!"

"This place was absolutely worth the money. A really nice bonus was having free parking and a free bus pass for the buses in Banff, it was really helpful. The place itself maybe be slightly dates, but for us it was a rustic nature feel and we had everything we needed. Staff were friendly throughout stay. We didn’t use many facilities in the hotel as we had so much to see in the national park, but it was a really good base."

"staff maya was not good , not helpful --- I stayed 15th to 19th june i requested her 2 nights AC was not working in Masters bedroom she did not address proper way to management or superwiser they have alternate day cleaning service did not clean my room. or bathroom everyday i have to ask for new towels they ruined my experience with stone bridge & i spent lot of money sorry -- never go in future"
