All the staff we encountered were super-friendly, and it was an all-round nice and welcoming place to stay for a winter break."

"It was a gorgeous little place. Lovely to be right in the centre of Cirencester and not have to drive anywhere. The beds were comfy and the bedding and pillows were so soft. Our breakfast the next morning was gorgeous with fresh croissants served to us, options for fruit yoghurt and cereals and a cooked breakfast to order which was delicious. We even had our own little dining room to ourselves. I would definitely go back it was a lovely stay! "

"This was a lovely getaway in a cosy hotel with lovely staff. Everything very clean. Lovely dinner and breakfast."

"Our room was very comfortable. We stayed with friends (6 other couples). We all had a great time and were well looked after. The bar staff (I think one was named Oliver, or Olly) who stayed back late to prepare our drinks for new years were great, helpful and in good spirit. We used the facilities (swimming and gym): all very adequate (the pool is not deep, but a good length. Food was fine, but importantly service was good. "

"I was very happy with my stay. First it was good value and although there’s no on site parking, there was a free car park just around the corner. The staff were friendly and my room was a decent size, temperature and with a comfy bed/pillows. It was well equipped and had good water pressure in the shower. It was also clean. I also ate my dinner here and the steak was excellent. "

"Great Cotswold hotel: Pros: - beutiful/unique rooms - feeling of Cotswold house. - location - Great breakfast Cons: - Rooms are not well cleaned(full trash bin, coffee remnant on the cups) - Poor surrounding facilities and attractions. - the garden is not as impressive."
