"Great location, we walked to San Cristobal Hill and local dining and took a short Uber ride to the Palace, Plaza del Armas and other downtown sites. Jose organized pickup from the airport and transfers to and from Valle Nevado. The breakfast was good, tea, coffee and water available all day. Great stay."

"I stayed for 3 nights in winter. The hotel is well located in a great neighborhood with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options nearby. The personnel was attentive and helpful, and the room was clean. My only recommendation is to add a separate bedsheet to the bed instead of only the comforter, as it was too hot under it, and difficult to sleep well by alternating cold or sweat. Overall would recommend. "

"Excelente localização, próximo ao costanera e vários comércios. Hotel aconchegante, e funcionários atenciosos. O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso, tem sempre os principais itens e algumas variedades típicas. Tem um restaurante no hotel que funciona até as 23h e ajuda muito após um dia cansativo de passeios. Achei apenas a água no frigobar cara já que é algo que bebemos muito, mas é possível comprar nos mercados e deixar no quarto sem problemas. Além disso achei as toalhas limpas mas bem...
