"Staff were great! 1st “deluxe” private room with bathroom smelled terrible, so I had to move out. They were very nice about moving me to another smaller room, ok. AC, no fan. You can hear all conversations in the hall and rooms next door. Expensive at $60-70 for a private room! Restaurant and bar expensive too. But most people stayed in dorm rooms for $19 a night, a good deal. Common kitchen and areas to hang out. no amenities, not even shampoo. safe parking worked for 2-3 cars. "

"Friendly, quick and easy check-in "

"It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would...

"Beautiful boutique hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful pool, lush landscaping, great location and extremely helpful staff made our stay in Nosara the most memorable we had in Costa Rica. Definitely recommend!"

"Ya no existe, reserve una noche una habitación por $104 y llego al hotel y está cerrado permanentemente y no hacen la devolución es una completa estafa, y mas mal expidia que lo promociona, cobran y se quedan con el dinero muy mal por la app que no está atenta a los cambios de sus proveedores, muy mal hecho falta de ética y mala respuesta de la app que es la que tiene que dar garantía de los hoteles que ofrecen. "
