A close 15-minute drive to the beach. Ample parking. Beddings and towels were clean- no stains. This hotel is due for a renovation - everything looks outdated and worn- room carpet, couch fabric (had stains and holes), stairwell flooring peeling, elevator interior and flooring look worn, bathroom tiles are old and grout is stained. Pictures on the website do not reflect how hotel looks currently. Breakfast items limited.

This was a great place for what we needed. A bed and a place to shower. The rooms are older, not fancy, but adequate. The breakfast was fine but not anything special. For what we wanted it was great. The price for the location was awesome. We don’t spend time in a hotel room, we are out doing things and at the beach. We wanted a clean shower and a bed. We got both. We will definitely stay there again but if you need luxury and top amenities then this isn’t the place for you.

T.V wasn’t working for a new remodel room. Shower was leaking out on the tile. Construction was going on. Horrible guest next door, smoking marijuana, and making noise all night and day. Couldn’t get big regular towels for next day use so had to use the little hand towels to dry up. Property was a mess with sand everywhere, hard to get hot water for about 20 minutes running. Management wasn’t helpful. Just food for thought when picking this place. Definitely not worth $400 for one night stay or more.

I love this hotel. Pretty close to the beach n the pier. Clean, nice staff and really nice property. My go to spot for a Newport trip. :) really liked the free Breakfast as well. Very quiet.
