"It was fantastic room. Very large although by having an extra bed it meant that there wasn't much room to go through to the door as the bed & wall was tight to manoeuvre. We found our main thing that let us down was house keeping. Beds not made and bathroom towels, soaps etc. were hit and miss."

"Lovely & very accommodating hosts & very good breakfasts. Room was spotless with king size bed, TV, sea views, plenty of storage space, compact ensuite, etc. The on site parking requires some care from drivers, especially if you have a large car. Town centre, pubs, railway station & beach all a short walk down the hill."

"Property is dated carpet quite dirty in the bedroom and the sink in the bathroom didn’t have a plug and when you ran the water into it. it leaked onto the floor. On a positive note the staff were very good the bedding and bathroom were very clean and the sea view was amazing and yes I would stay again."

"Room 102 location was great with a large balcony and a view to die for.paid extra. Unfortunately there was no hot water to shower for the 3 nights we stayed. Hotel let us use other rooms to shower but it was a long walk to them Staff all fantastic and helpful . Swimming pool great, garden great and easy access to the beach.. Hotel gave us a large refund which we were grateful for. If you are thinking of staying here pay the extra for rooms (family room) 102 103 and 104"
