"Alexa at front desk was amazing. Plus the property was perfectly located for all attractions, well maintained and plenty of food options. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
"The staff from the restaurant were amazing!!! They went above and beyond!!! I forgot there names but it was a female and two males working when we ate at the restaurant, we ate there three times. They were so nice, polite and so attentive!!!
Pamela lady from the front desk when we checked out she was so rude and had a mean face didn’t even greet us at all and I asked her a couple of questions didn’t even answered me at all I asked her if I was getting my invoice thru email didn’t even answer me either. Just so rude"
"Nice stay with ocean view from balcony. Very clean room. It’s an older property but has been updated nicely. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Environmental services staff were very friendly and kept the property looking great. The street stays busy into the night but it’s pretty soundproof in the room. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. There were a few homeless folks in the area but it was not a problem. Mostly an older crowd, I didn’t see any kids at all. I would visit again if I were in the area."
"A wonderful experience from start to end! Front desk staff were friendly, personable, helpful and informative. Room was so cute! Retro, but perfectly clean, fresh, and attractive. Well appointed room and bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying longer some other time."
"Generally a great stay. Definitely a wonderful location. We had a harbor view room and it was great just to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery.
All the staff were A+
Our bathroom was a little worn looking and the toilet plumbing needed to be adjusted."
"It was a last minute booking, however my husband and I were glad that they had a room available. Enjoyed the easy access and close to the bay. Will stay here again."
"Room was clean and spacious with lots of drawers for storage. Small refrigerator, no microwave. Lots of extra towels, and an extra pillow. Ironing board and iron, nice spa quality toiletries. Parking close to room but shocked at $50/night charge for parking. Gardens and ponds everywhere, beautiful. Lots of squirrels, birds. Gazebos to hang out in. Several swimming pools, but no outside beverages aloud inside. At night, lots of fire pits available. I don’t recommend premium rooms by the bay if you plan on swimming. Sign said bacteria in water swimming not recommended but view is nice, with several fire pits (bring your own wood)."
