"The staff member who checked us in was so friendly and incredibly helpful! We really appreciated their kindness and felt right at home. The little breakfast was great too, nothing fancy but a great way to start the day before getting back on the road."

"It’s an older motel and fine for 1 night. Sits next to I-86 so you can hear road. It’s has some updates."

"The room was clean and cozy. Shower could be updated, but very clean. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would stay the there again."

"Other reviews have written it is very dated. Nothing broken however. No sign of dirt dust or bugs. Two small bars of soap provided in the bathroom, but no disposable plastic cup. Fortunately, I had bottled water with me for toothbrushing."

"The location downtown & close to shopping, the lake, & the entrance to Watkins Glen gorge trail was outstanding. A QR code check in was not expected but the female employee working the creamery stepped up to help me with the process. There was no one working a front desk & no elevator. The parking spaces were extra small & cars parked over lines taking up 2 spaces. Young people were loud up until around 1am making sleep difficult. The room was clean & bed comfortable."

"I had a family emergency and had to leave a day early I lt them know at 7:00am they didn’t offer to give refund a nights stay I was mad but I will stay again"

"people were extremely nice but room was very poor condition. bathroom very poor condition. nice staff just not a place i would stay again. the location is good, rooms need total renovation."
