Mi è piaciuto tutto dalla struttuta ma soprattutto il personale sempre disponibile specialmente la Sig.ra Rosetta che ha fatto una torta apposta per il pompleatto di mia figlia.
Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Never have I had to leave a hotel.
We planned to celebrate my birthday at the agriturismo, the day before they emailed to say there was the option to eat by the pool. When we arrived there was no one to greet us, took about 20mins to find someone that worked there. We were then showed to our room. We went to the pool and were asked again if we really wanted to eat in the restaurant as we would be the only ones, all other guests would be eating by the pool. When we asked if the menu would be different the employee said yes it’ll be kebabs and sandwiches. We decided to go somewhere else for dinner. Once we arrived back from dinner at 11.30pm there was incredibly loud music and about 60 cars in the parking area. When we asked to speak to the owner we were told they were all sleeping, then the owner appeared.
We asked what time the music and party would stop as we are staying and intend to sleep, he was extremely rude and replied I don’t know what time it’ll end and why did you choose to stay here tonight? We told him we were not told about this party and wouldn’t have stayed if we had known we booked beginning of July. He said put some earplugs. He said he didn’t care about ‘us two’ as he had to make money from the party. We were left speechless. We’ve never been treated like this ever, the level of disrespect from someone who we’ve paid money to was unbelievable also how irresponsible to hold a party! We proceeded to call another hotel managed to secure a room and left.
