"The host was absolutely excellent, really nice even opening dining room for an early breakfast as we had a bus to catch to Santiago at the nearby terminal 5 minute walk. The walls are thin and we could here conversation from 2 different rooms. There is only liquid soap provided and 2 small ancient raggedy towels, so the high review score seems totally incorrect. "

"This property is centrally located, with an easy 5 minute walk to the Plaza de Aramas of Las Serena. We arrived very late and without a reservation; however, we were treated well and got 2 nice rooms as requested. The underground locked parking was also quickly opened for us to speed the check in process. Very nice free and complete breakfast buffet, with no add-on items at extra cost. The only fault were the tub/shower combos in both rooms. The glass partition for the shower is not large...

"We could not get in room...had to download an app climbed to 3rd floor with a standard key then dpor would not open had to comee back to front drsk download some app to enter room...crazy didnt work spider in bed stayed twice not coming back"

"It is a very basic old-fashioned hotel. The staff however are very helpful. The restaurant isnt bad but the ambiance is ruined by the incredible brightness of the room. Breakfast isnt bad."
