An older property but updated bathrooms and kitchens. A nice alternative to the high rise hotels yet close to the beach and restaurants. The manager is fluent in English and was very helpful.

Very basic no-frills accommodation. We had a challenge checking in due to our inability to speak Spanish and the clerk not having our reservation and seemingly not having a working computer. Eventually we were given a smaller room than paid for (one queen and one single)- it worked for us after a long day of travel, so we didn't complain. Neighborhood was a bit noisy before midnight. Breakfast is a bagged sandwich, some cookies/crackers and instant coffee. Pool is a nice feature. Beds were clean.

This was a very comfy little place with great staff. Beach was 1 block away. The pool was covered up but i think this was because of lack of use as its the off season and there was alot of construction dust.

El lugar era excelente. El único detalle, pero entendemos que era provisorio y no depende de ellos, era que estaban haciendo el pavimiento de una calle contigua por lo que había ruido por trabajos durante la mañana. Lo demás todo excelente, buena ubicación, habitación cómoda para la familia, limpieza excelente, amabilidad del personal.

Me gusto que tuviera Jacussi y una persona que hacia masajes, estar cerca de todo y poder arrendar auto. No me gusto: 1.- la hora del check in, es muy tarde a las 16:00 horas, debería ser como en todos lados a las 14:00 horas 2.- la habitación no tenia hervidor

The hotel is very near the beach, also close to restaurants. I booked a bungalow but got a room with kitchenette, terrace looked out on a very busy road. I complained and the receptionist tried hard to relocate me and the following night I moved into a bungalow with terrace overlooking the pool. Cleanlinesd was not great, the terrace door could not be locked and there was no safe. The curtains did not block out the light. Opposit the hotel there is an amusement park, incredible loud music every night until 2am. Then somebody sang through speakers until 4am.

Cabañas necesitan una buena mantención, los espacios son muy pequeños, a television se ve mal, todo rechina. Dala impresión que la cabaña se unde para un lado. Por lo demás la atención era muy amable, el desayuno cumple y es abundante, nunca falta comida, la ubicación es excelente y la piscina muy buena, personal muy atento.

One block away,from the beautiful pacific ocean. Many good Restaurant,local store next door, where it sale vegetable, bread, sodas, natural ice cream(mango, papaya)fruit from the North. Bars, Restaurantes, Feria Artesanal(typical suvenir) all this in Av del Mar. So much fun every night. I Recomend Huentelauquen Restaurante.
