"Inside is much nicer than the hotel outside look. Very clean like newly renovated. Breakfast is ok, but less choices than other hotels."

"Very good location, but extremely small rooms. Good for one night stay if you are just by yourself. However, if you are a party of two or more and plan to stay more than one night I would highly recommend to pick a different hotel. The hotel has a restaurant with a buffet breakfast for about $20. Very good breakfast for the price, especially considering how everything is expensive in Copenhagen."

"Room was clean, the staffs were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fabulous! It was one of three best in our travel experiences. However, the sink was not very well drained to cause cleaning the face impossible. Tried to fixed by ourselves but in vain. The design of the shape of the room was not effective. In addition, the use of restroom in the morning would significantly bother the others’ sleeping in the room from the lights and sounds."

"I broke my leg and had to be medically evacuated home prior to my stay. The hotel staff would not take this extenuating circumstances into consideration when I requested a refund. They simply said the booking type was non-refundable and they would not make any exception. Terrible customer service. Stay anywhere else."

"Room was large with two windows that opened for fresh air. Comfortable beds and bed linens, thick towels and very nice Rituals toiletries. Breakfast selection was excellent many choices of cereals meats fruit/vegetables yogurt breads and cooked to order eggs. Choices of coffees and teas Excellent location for visiting Copenhagen we walked everywhere. Would recommend "
