For the price and location I'd stay again. The vinyl curtains in the room were very soiled, need replaced or cleaned. The hotel is old and it shows, but pretty clean otherwise.

We traveled from NC to TN for funeral for 2 nights. We needed more time in the area and Erika and Kim helped accommodate us for additional night. It was quiet, clean and convenient to the interstate. The bed was super comfy too.

Very basic room, but reasonably clean and nice. There are 5 lady bugs on the ceiling. I understand this is the time of the year that they seek inside living. Since I am not afraid of them, this didn't bother us.

Stayed with daughter for softball tournament, rooms need a few small renovations but for the most part very updated. Caulk and sealants were stained and dirty. Bed 1 was stiff but Bed 2 was comfy. Safe area and very close to highway and food/gas

We had an issue with our first room and they switched us. Check in guy was very nice. Breakfast was very busy and crowded. Lady filling items had an attitude. I Didn't like that every time we left there were employees smoking right outside the front door. Room floors were super dirty. Place was convenient to everything we were doing

The hotel location and access are very good. Our room was very quiet and the staff were excellent in accommodating our request. The bed mattress was also fine. We appreciate the hotel NOT allowing any pets and do not use any facility that allows pets. Otherwise the room was rather small for an advertised "Suite".

The check in experience and customer service were excellent. Aujanea checked us in and was professional and friendly. The room was clean and had nice amenities.The air conditioner was very efficient. My only complaint was the black out curtains were too short and let in a lot of light.
