The room was very clean and comfortable, the owner was warm and attentive, and breakfast was beautifully prepared with every detail considered by the owner, Sally. A special thanks to the chef for the delicious omelette. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for unwinding together. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet couple’s break."

"We stayed at the Deluxe Double for three nights. - Convenient location close to the ocean, dining, and buses - Modestly sized but clean, elegant room that matched the pictures - Kind and accommodating owners - Great breakfast with a number of options to choose - Free bottled water - Only minor knock is that some of the amenities are a bit old-fashioned (separate faucets for cold and hot water in the bathroom sink; toilet has a somewhat loud noise when flushing). "This was a fun place to stay while visiting the battle field. The village was very interesting with many small shops. The room appeared to be recently renovated and staying above a pub was a fun experience. The pub itself was also excellent. Our only complaint was lack of air conditioning...which resulted in us opening a window...and listening to traffic (the road out front is very busy) All-in-all, I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area"

"I only needed it for one night business. The host was friendly and the price was very reasonable considering it had its own ensuite. It's a little out if the centre but only 15mins walk from St Leonard train station. "

"Close to everything! Easy walking distance from the train station, minutes from the town centre and beach. My daughter and I have stayed here twice now and we had the same twin room, which is perfect to crash after crazy golf, fun in the sea, shopping and dining! The receptionist was nice and polite, and although we didn’t eat or drink at the hotel I could see a good selection of beverages behind the bar, and the breakfast room looked nice. For the price, this is a great option for a budget...
