The hotel staff are friendly and helpful (no English spoken but very quick with a translator app, so no problems experienced at all). The room was simple and clean. It happened to be quite chilly the evening we arrived, but the AC/heat worked very efficiently (as would, I presume, the cooling system in the summer). The breakfast (seating at a joint table, you choose your time when you check in) was fine. For non meat eaters there wasn't a huge selection (no cheese, eggs, minimal veggies), but there was very nice bread for toasting and freshly squeezed orange juice, and the coffee machines worked well :) All in all, it was a very pleasant overnight stay for us, and a practical location from which to drive in the morning to the airport in Madrid (just 1 1/2 hours rather than making the long drive from Granada).

We arrived at the hotel with the door locked. No one answering the door and phone. 25 minutes later the owner showed up, saying the check in time was 4pm, although on Hotels.com Website the check in time is listed as 12pm. Room was nice and clean although small. Bed was tiny and not comfortable. Breakfast is just 4 slices of bread and some oranges. Not sure why it gets such good ratings.

The room we reserved for them was very nice and we think it was spacious (19 m2).Regarding breakfast, we provide them with a large amount of typical products from the area and they left it uneaten, breakfast is one of the things most appreciated by our guests.Estimado huésped, gracias por dedicar unos minutos en valorar El Patio de los Jazmines. La hora del check-in es efectivamente a partir de las 12 horas, pero cerramos el hotel desde las 14 horas hasta las 16 horas por descanso del personal, como así se indica en el mensaje que les enviamos desde hoteles.com. La habitación que les reservamos era muy bonita y creemos que amplia (19 m2)Respecto el desayuno les proporcionamos una gran cantidad de productos típicos de la zona y se lo dejaron sin consumir, el desayuno es una de las cosas mas apreciadas por nuestros huéspedes

Lovely hotel

Lovely newly renovated hotel. Highly recommended it and the town. Clean comfortable tastefully decorated room. The hotel is well named for its super, fragrant patio with a pool. The breakfast was superb. Will define stay again if in the area.

Best place in Consuegra!!

This is a lovely place to stay when visiting the windmills. We booked the room with the panoramic terrace from which you can see 3 windmills, 4 if you lean out a bit! Breakfast was included and was fantastic, lots of choice with delicious yoghurt compote, good ham and good coffee. Everyone was very welcoming.

Muy buen hotel rural

Estancia perfecta de una noche en familia. Personal muy amable. Desayuno muy bueno. Nos hubiera gustado una cama un poco más grande pero era muy cómoda. Muy bien situado para ver Consuegra. Muy recomendable.

Très médiocre au vu du standing annoncé

Séjours d'une nuit seulement et heureusement sur la route du retour. Nuit pris ici pour se reposer avant de longues heures de route mais c'était raté. Chambre pas du tout insonorisée. La chambre voisine a mis la télévision à fond et très tard le soir. Après avoir frappé à la porte pour qu'il baisse le son, effet qui n'a duré que 10 minutes nous avons tenté de joindre l'hôtel mais impossible... Nous avons joint hotel.com qui nous a proposé de nous trouver un autre hôtel mais a plus de 11h le soir c'était donc on nous a proposé un remboursement de 20/30 € qui n'a pas été fait. Nous ne sommes pas content du tout d'un hôtel avec des étoiles qui ne mérite pas au vu des prestations !

Visita a Consuegra

Alojamiento precioso en Consuegra. Preferimos quedar en Consuegra después de nuestra visita al castillo y a los molinos, pero casi no encontramos ningún sitio para beber algo o cenar...es una pena. Si sigue así, mejor alojarse en Toledo capital y hacer el viaje i+v a Consuegra.

Welcoming place to stay

Very easy to find and parked right outside the door which was a bonus as the weather wasn’t good. We were greeted by our very friendly host who later went to great lengths to find us food as unusually everywhere was closed that evening. We also met his wife who was responsible for the wonderful interior design. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet which could be taken in the breakfast room or out on the terrace. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Lovely place

This was our second visit to this lovely place. The penthouse room is superb with its own private roof terrace and view of the windmills. Delicious breakfast and easy parking on the street outside.

The owner has designed and developed a really modern, small hotel with an excellent breakfast but there was nobody there to meet us in reception and we had to wait ten minutes for someone to arrive, poor information about local restaurants - none were open, and not a five star hotel.

Calm in Consuegra

Just wonderful! We booked this beautiful oasis of calm as a half way break on the journey to Bilbao from Estepona. Superbly reformed place. A super-friendly family own and run the hotel. Our room was spotless, large and gorgeous. Parking was on the street literally at the door. Breakfast (included and very nice) was taken in lovely modern kitchen or the adjacent outside terrace. We slept very well and highly recommend this hotel. We will return!

I’ve been motorcycle traveling across Spain the last two weeks and this is the best place I’ve stayed in over 14 nights. The beds are excellent, the bedding is excellent. The rooms and facility are spotless and very clean. I had a very comfortable stay plus the young woman managing breakfast was absolutely delightful.

De kamer is netjes maar niet groot,. Bedden zijn klein en erg kort. 3 maanden van tevoren geboekt en gevraagd om een rustige kamer. Wij hadden een kamer aan de voorkant en dat was veel herrie van verkeer gedurende de hele nacht, het hotel was niet volgeboekt dus wij begrijpen niet waarom we geen rustige kamer hebben gekregen. Op de kamer geen faciliteiten zoals koffie of een watertje. Er hangt een mini tvtje en het is lastig je bagage kwijt te raken. Badkamer niet al te groot maar het ontbijt is overdadig. Parkeren voor de deur, zwembad erg klein.

Beste gast, bedankt dat je een paar minuten hebt besteed aan het evalueren van onze accommodatie in Consuegra Het spijt me dat de kamer niet helemaal naar wens was. De afmetingen van de bedden zijn 1.50. Als u auto's uit uw kamer hoorde, komt dat omdat u met het raam niet goed gesloten sliep, aangezien de kamer die u had volledig geluiddicht is

Gran experiencia

Excelente casa rural, enclavada en una calle tramquila y facil de aparcar, todo en perfecto estado, todo muy nuevo y en excelente estado de limpieza, la habitación muy comoda con una gran cama y un baño con perfecto mobiliario, la amabilidad de sus dueños te hace sentir como en casa, recomendable de todas todas para visitar el bonito pueblo de Consuegra

Fabulous property In Cervantes country

Fabulous renovated property with views of windmills. Excellent buffet breakfast. Easy parking and 5 minutes walk to centre of town.

Beautiful place

We were impressed by the owner's attention to hygiene in this worrying time as well as the welcome we received. The penthouse room was amazing with a private roof terrace and view of the windmills. The service from the staff was friendly and top class. Highly recommended.

Excepcional.

Un sitio precioso, con todo mínimo de detalles muy cuidado. Limpio. Huele fenomenal. La atención sobresaliente, desde la llegada nos enseñaron la casa y explicaron su restauración. Nos recomendaron sitios para comer y cenar (gran acierto) y como comenzar a visitar el entorno. Descanso de lujo en un sitio magnifico.

Un lugar maravilloso. El personal es extremadamente atento y cercano. Sin duda un amor de personas, no sólo ellos, todo el pueblo de Consuegra. El hotel es sin duda un espacio Boutique para perderse, muy relajante. Cuidan todos los detalles. Nos recomendaron un restaurante, "El Retorno" todo un acierto. Es un sitio al que volver.
