"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"Great location. Easy walk to everything and the train station."

"Lovely little property in Lenno, excellent directions, clean apartment with comfortable bed. On the Greenway trail (walking path to ther towns). Very close to Lake Como, with boat stop in Lenno (limited service), much more options for ferries/water taxi just north in Cadenabbia. Only downside is you really need a car to get around (which we had); onsite parking is provided."

"The location is great. The accommodation is spacious and with good amenities. Need to ask for wifi password ahead of time as it is not included on the check-in instructions."

"Outstanding property!! It was beautiful, extremely clean, and ideally situated!! The staff was incredible especially Gloria at the front desk. She was kind, helpful and always smiling. The restaurant staff was so professional and polite too. We can not say enough about this hotel and its hospitality! Lived it!!"

"Stayed as a couple for our 20th wedding anniversary. ALL the staff were kind and very helpful. Fabio who taxied us to and from Bellagio centre with the courtesy Scooby VW to the bar staff and cleaners were superb. The view from our room was a wow factor and spent every night with patio doors open to hear the stream below and view the lake and mountains. The ferry’s and bus services are excellent and very cheap compared to the uk. The terrace at the hotel is a must and can just stay and chill all day and never tire of the scenery. The restaurant has an excellent chef who also does cooking lessons. People not staying at hotel , book for this service and food. They are planning to add a spa, pool and upgrade the smaller rooms next year so definitely would come back "
